Mountain Wine

Throughout winter, we embraced the season’s unique sense of place — evoking memories of alpine ranges, snowy mountains, and the many wines made, produce grown, and meals cooked that flourish in the cold.

We are celebrated crisp, blue days and warm, comforting evenings out of the winter chill, instead of wishing we were elsewhere. Our wine list and menu took inspiration from the ski culture of the European Alps and brought you the dishes and drinks best enjoyed right now.

Our baked Fromager des Clarines comes to the table studded with confit garlic and thyme, bubbling hot. From the renowned cheesemaking region of Franche-Comté, it is a washed-rind style that takes a fondue-like form when baked with lashings of Génépi liqueur, as it is here at Marion. We serve the hot Fromager des Clarines with a seasonal selection of treviso, apple, radish, cornichons and hot toast.

MOUNTAIN WINE MENU

A Shakerato is a traditional Italian drink made by vigorously shaking either sweetened espresso or Campari. Our take combines the best of both worlds - the bitterness of alpine signature, Amaro Braulío, and espresso liqueur with a splash of Aperol. The continental cousin of the espresso martini - perfect to start or to finish.
