We love to host talented winemakers in our bar for a tasting. It's a way to celebrate the many wineries from near and far that make up our community.
Lyons will

Join us next Tuesday, 9 June, as we welcome Renata Morello from Lyons Will for a wine tasting. Founded by husband-and-wife team Oliver and Renata in 2008, Lyons Will sits on the southern edge of the Macedon Ranges, where vineyards planted 540 metres above sea level produce elegant cool-climate wines shaped by their high-altitude site. Farming organically with a low-intervention approach, they craft Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay and Riesling that speak clearly of place.
Swing by on Tuesday to meet Renata, try the wines, and stay for some snacks. They recommend a glass of their Elevage Riesling alongside our tuna crudo, or if you're staying a little longer, the Estate Pinot with our grilled O'Connor sirloin.
