Join us tonight in the bar as we welcome Colin McBryde of Adelina for a tasting. Based in the Clare Valley, Colin runs Adelina with partner and long-time collaborator Jen Gardner. Both have over thirty years of wine-making experience focusing on organic and sustainable agriculture, and were recently awarded Young Gun of Wine's Vineyard of the Year. Col is a deeply intuitive winemaker with a PhD on yeast metabolism — we think he walks the line between art and science perfectly, and have listed his wines for over a decade.
